Joe St. John is Chief Customer Officer at AutoFi, a leading technology for automotive sales and financing, and in his current role he leads AutoFi’s strategies to drive value and maximize performance with its dealer clients. He is a sought after industry thought leader, speaker, and a guest instructor for NADA Academy. Joe was born with dealership blood coursing through his veins with his Dad working in F&I and Mom in Service. He sold his first car at 5, was full time by 16, and a General manager by 30. He has a Master’s in Accounting from USC and studied at Cambridge and Oxford.
